Founder

Nicholas Isaacs
Meet Nicholas, an accomplished individual with vast experience in the property and financial services industries. He set up a company specialized in acquiring and developing sites, resulting in lucrative deals worth millions of pounds. When the financial services industry presented new opportunities in 2008, Nicholas transitioned into the sector. He has since become an aficionado in private equity, mergers, and acquisitions. His extensive knowledge of the property sector has allowed him to take full advantage of his opportunities and make a name for himself in the financial services industry. His strong business acumen and in-depth market knowledge have been essential in the formation of Hestia Land Group. His ability to spot upcoming trends and capitalize on them has been instrumental in the company's success, from its inception to its current position in the industry.

Co-Founder

Rickey Rajendran
Meet Rickey, a highly motivated and ambitious co-founder with a passion for business and property development. An alumnus of King's College London, Rickey earned a First-Class Honours degree in Biomedical Sciences, demonstrating exceptional academic talent and a strong work ethic. With a keen eye for detail, a drive to succeed and a passion for entrepreneurship, Rickey is eager to apply their skills and knowledge to the exciting field of property development and land acquisition. As a quick learner, problem solver and effective communicator, Rickey is well equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities in this industry and bring innovative ideas to the table. With a strong desire to make a positive impact, Rickey is committed to building a successful business.

Architect/Planning Expert

Duncan Dalzel-Job
Meet Duncan, an experienced Architect who specialises in residential development and designing working from home (WfH) set-ups. He cut his teeth as a Project Architect in early roles for two award-winning housing practices (PTEa & HTA LLP) working on site feasibility studies, planning submissions, tender packages and on-site contract administration. Duncan set up his own architecture practice in 2013 focussing on residential projects in London and the South East as well as retail and office projects throughout the UK and Ireland. With 19 years in the residential sector from single new-builds to 500-house developments and mixed-use projects, combined with Hestia’s bespoke approach to Proptech his broad property development knowledge gives our clients industry-leading results.
